History

Since the acquisition of the company Léo François by the Vanderperre family, investment strategy has been aimed at expanding the stock of machines with the purchase of increasingly powerful presses: 400T, 630T, 1250T, and a 1600T in 2012.

1947

Mr. Léo François created the eponymous company in Maubeuge.

1957

The company relocated to Fourmies, Rue Victor Hugo.

1973

Owing to insufficient space the plant relocated to Rue Marie Louise Meyer.

1974

Mr. GAISNE, a businessman from Fourmies, bought out the company and focused its operations on three main areas:
– Cutting and stamping
– Office furniture
– Sheet-metal bending and painting

1987

The company was split up with the founding of the company TECNITOL, specialising in office furniture.

1990

Acquisition of LĒO FRANÇOIS by the Vanderperre family.

1992

Investment in an automatic press of 400T.

1994

Investing in an automatic press of 630T.

1996

Investing in an automatic press of 1250T.

2000

Set up HAUTMONT INDUSTRIES at Hautmont.

2001

Investment in 4 presses: 400T transfer press, 400T and 500T manual presses, and a 400T automatic press.

2011

Investment in tube-bending.

2012

Expansion of the stock of machines with a mechanical transfer press / 1600T feed with a 5000 x 2500 table, investment in quality with the purchase of a new measuring machine, fitted with a 3D laser scanner.
